After ringing round 5 local garages Sam Edwards were the only one to call me back with a price, the receptionist was very helpful and polite and my car was repaired within 5 working days , the cost was the price they quoted not a penny more and the customer service was excellent.

Amazing service by the staff at Sam Edwards garage - in Bude on holiday and had engine warning light come on. Even though they were busy and booked up they took the time to look at the car for us on diagnostics and even ordered the part and fixed it in the same day. Highly recommended!

Kind and courteous owner and staff. Although my car had to be Green Flagged to Plymouth Transmission Centre I was still able to use Sam Edwards courtesy car. Not enough words to praise the kindness shown as my husband was in Exeter Hospital and I needed the car to visit him (50 miles away).
