Highfield Garage & Recovery Ltd

Jack come to change my tyre as it had a puncture, he was utmost helpful and super lovely.

Extremely helpful and happy to work on an imported vehicle.

Brilliant - got us back on the road in time for our trip to France. No ‘sucking of teeth’ - just did the job :) Thank you!

Got stranded at Exeter services your recovery driver very friendly and helpful and loaded my car quickly and got us on the road after a 12 hour journey back from Kent thanks again will highly recommend Jamie

Quick rescue and fix from a really helpful technician with a great sense of humour after breakdown caused by the battery giving up on life. Replacement battery sourced and fitted at a very good price

We would like to praise your mechanic Matt. It was a complicated and difficult challenge to rescue us but he was amazing. Super concentrated, determined and creative. And successful. I was just out of hospital as well. Matt overcame all the challenges and we thank him very much for his ingenuity.

So happy with Highfield garadge. They recover my car from Cornwall and provided me with courtesy car. They deliver what they promised and didn’t have any additional charges. Done everything on time and car drives beautifully so much better than before. Thanks guys!

Absolute Disgraceful

Great lads on call, sorted my wheel as quick as they could and hung around whilst I waited. Top job, cheers guys

We were recovered from the A30 Oakhampton bypass. Really good, helpful staff.

The service that this garage provides is fantastic. Attentive, helpful staff and nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent service, in all ways. It is good to be able to use a local business especially one with such a good reputation. Advice was sensible and understandable, and the full service was carried out, for the age and mileage. No suggestion to reduce any of the work. The car feels lovely!

Excellent service, the date that I wanted and reasonable rates too!

John, Lizzy and Ryan were great help, hospitable, and inexpensive. They are a credit to the industry and would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic service. We were recovered and took home to West Wales. Cannot thank Rob enough; lovely man, nothing was too much trouble, just brilliant service.

The service from both the roadside repair and later the recovery operative could not be faulted. Both arrived on time [as per your text message] and were very efficient.

Quickly diagnosed and repaired a problem with my car that occurred on holiday. Went out of their way to repair before I went home despite being very busy. Also provided transport to and from my holiday accommodation.

Highfield Garage sets the gold standard for excellent service in both customer care and engineering. This is the best garage I have ever used. They got me out of a crisis. Repaired professionally, remedying both original fault and a lurking problem they discovered. Brilliant free courtesy car.

A breakdown company left me high and dry with a car that wouldn't drive when I urgently had to get up north. All the team at Highfield Garage & Recovery went above and beyond the call of duty to get me on the road again. I can't recommend them enough. I wish they were my local garage.

Very good.
