We have used Bob's garage several times now, most recently for an MOT. We were recommended there by a friend and we have never had any reason to complain. In fact, we can honestly say going to this garage has been the best garage experience' we have ever had. It is very difficult to find a trustworthy mechanic nowadays but we have been delighted with Bob's due to excellent service, friendly staff and good price. We have recommended Bob's to several people. They have never let us or anyone we know down.
Excellent, friendly service. Staff have a good knowledge of various cars. They managed to successfully diagnose and repair a fault with my BMW 7 series that a BMW dealer failed to resolve, BMW charged me over 1200 for time sent on a diagnostics machine with no resolve, Bob's Garage diagnosed and resolved the problem for less than half that price. I won't go anywhere else. I even got a courtesy car for the duration.
