I found Bob's Garage on this site and can not praise it highly enough! Like the reviews that I read prior to putting my car in, I too can report that: the staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating; the work was completed very speedily; and my car was washed without me even asking (and it really needed it!). Not only that, but the costing of the work was a lot less than I had anticipated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bob's Garage again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family! Thank you!

This is an excellent family run business. They look after their customers well. I have been going there for approximately 25 years now and would not go past them. They will repair rather than replace and look to save me money where ever possible. They have superb, friendly staff working with them. I cannot recommend enough. Cheers guys!

Their friendly, trustworthy and valuable character - plus their professional reliability, is what has been important and consistent over this period. I would highly recommend Bob's Garage to all.
I asked my Twitter followers for garage recommendations as I'm naturally suspicious of things I don't know anything about and three said Bob's Garage, so I knew they were good. I was really happy with the service (MOT) that I got. From the girl that answered the phone being bubbly, polite and cheerful to the mechanic that called to explain the work being done, everyone made it a really pleasant experience (apart from the bill but there nothing they can do about that!). I'd definitely recommend the guys (and girl) at Bobs.
They did what they said they would, with no fuss. I particularly liked that they washed and valeted my car, for no cost - and without my requesting it.

Thanks to Robert and the guys. You fixed a tricky problem and only charged us for an hour or so work, even though in the end you had the car back twice and must have spent several more hours on it. You also cleaned it too! I'm sure our old car will be back with you again, but not too soon I hope.
