Trustworthy and flexible.
Tidiness and cleanliness of yard and workshop gave good first impression. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff gave me confidence that they knew their job and would not rip me off. Very satisfied customer service.
It's a real pleasure dealing with Ronald and Ford. Very knowledgeable, reasonable prices and extremely helpful in getting an urgent repair turned around quickly. Highly recommended!
