I received quick and efficient responses via email and phone, and was kept up to date with the work done. I was informed of when they would collect and deliver my car, and was also notified of any work to be done - feeling under no obligation to carry out any extra work. Ben talked me through all of the work carried out, and he even had the time to show me under the bonnet. I'm really pleased!!
