G And J Starkey Limited

We bought a Lexus Hybrid from Neal at G&J Starkey a few months ago after seeing it advertised at a reasonable price on the Internet website. We live in Kent so we were wondering if travelling to Birmingham for a car was perhaps a little too far, but after a long chat with Neal, I felt confident that it would not be a bad decision. We left a small returnable deposit to hold the vehicle and travelled up a few days later, part exchanging our Audi for a reasonable price. We were very impressed with the service that Neal provided which included a no quibble after service when the CD Player was found to be not working - this was paid in full by G&J Starkey via a telephone transaction with our local garage. The service was easily the best that we have experienced from any car dealer and being a small repair garage, we felt there was definitely a personal touch. We would not hesitate to use G&J Starkey again, despite the distance - well worth travelling for!!

We have been using this garage for many years, and have always found them to be friendly, obliging and very honest and competent. I would recommend them 100%.

Always helpful.

I have used G & J Starkey since I learnt to drive in 1971. My parents used them prior to this. I have always found that they are prepared to go the extra mile in explaining things and also a free loan car. They give good advice for future work. I think they give an exceptional service and I would recommend to anyone.

I have been with this garage for approximately 20 years and have found the staff to be most helpful and attentive.

My car was fitted in at very short notice and repaired quickly (faulty battery). I am most grateful.

Outstanding service and attitude. Always helpful and friendly.

Excellent service. Lovely man, very helpful. Recommended to me a few years ago and I wont go anywhere else now!

We would not go anywhere else. Not now we found Starky's.

Always informative and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. They do not find work where there isn't any - honest and trustworthy. Thanks heaven for the recommendation. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have used G & J Starkey Ltd for the last five years and have gone to them for any repairs or MOTs for my car. No matter what the problem is, big or small, they have always dealt with it promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending them to friends as I have always been extremely satisfied with the level of service I have been given.

Five star service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Used Starkey's for several years. Keep coming back as the work is always carried out to an excellent standard. The staff are always friendly and informative.

Have used this garage for last 21 years, never go any place else. I always feel safe driving my car after it has been checked by this workshop.

Good attention to detail.

I have been using this garage for about twenty years. I tried another garage, for a change and have come back. I always receive excellent attention, feed back and service.

Very friendly garage and efficient. Waiting room was very handy. Time keeping excellent.

Great service and very helpful staff.

An excellent garage, most helpful in every way. Nothing is too much trouble.
