Superb service; never once had cause for complaint.
This garage really does aim to please. I can not recommend them highly enough, nothing is too much trouble. Just brilliant.
Excellent; I have used this garage for many years.
Very good reliable garage.
My Range Rover was collected from my holiday home 100 miles away. They left me a courtesy car. Range Rover was brought back the following week. Can't wish for better service.
Great service, as always - and I even got a lift home after taking my car in for repair!
Prompt service; low bill.
The standard of work, customer service and professionalism was up to their normal very high standards. Very friendly and couldn't be more helpful.
Could not fault the service provided by G & J Starkey Ltd. My car broke down during the holiday period (Christmas Eve). When I contacted Derek at the garage on Christmas Eve, they had actually finished work for the holiday period and were not due to return until the 2nd of January. However, so that I would not be inconvenienced, I was provided with a van on loan from the garage (free of charge). This loan vehicle was delivered to my home address. Derek then collected my vehicle on the 2nd January and it was returned to me on the 3rd January all fixed and the loan vehicle collected. Thanks to the service provided by Derek and Louise at the garage, I suffered no inconvenience whatsoever even though my van had broken right at the start of the Christmas holiday period. I have used the garage once before, and will certainly use it again and would not hesitate to recommend this garage to others. The standard of work carried out is excellent, not overpriced and the customer service is second to none!
Excellent quality of work and service.
Very good efficient service again.
Over all very satisfactory.
Good reliable service.
Prompt, friendly and accurate service as usual. An excellent garage to use.
