Excellent service and quality work carried out. A little expensive but then I don't mind paying a bit more if the work is done well.

Clean and tidy professional garage as of old.
Friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble, but the main reason for using this garage is the peace of mind you get from knowing the jobs been done right.
Very friendly and informative and I didn't feel intimidated as I often have at other garages previously. Reasonable prices and no hidden extra fees. Having the use of a courtesy car is an added bonus.
Always excellent.
Delivered car early morning and needed it pm for an appointment. MOT completed and informed by 10.30am!
Excellent. Roll bars fitted at over 50% cheaper than had been quoted by our local Mazda specialist.
The staff are always helpful, we get informed about progress on our vehicle.
Superb service.
Used this garage a number of times now over several years. Always received excellent 1st class service. Can't fault them. Would highly recommend to others.
G & J Starkey are one of the most helpful garage in the West Midlands. I have never had a poor job done there.
A very good garage.
Honest, good communication and a job done at a fair price.
Usual excellent standard of workmanship and customer care.
The only garage we will ever take our cars to now. Lovely people, work to highest possible standard. We were given a price for the repairs to my wife's Land Rover and despite fitting extra parts and doing extra work, honored estimate.
Another excellent job done. A very fair MOT, no silly fails to find work, but a very thorough test leaving me feeling confident the car is safe and roadworthy. Superb.
Great service as always. Kept informed about everything they did.
Would highly recommend this garage.
Have been using Starkey's for years and always been impressed by their professional attitude. Work done has always been first class. A reliable and trustworthy garage.
Professional, helpful staff who always help me to understand any work undertaken and who will go the extra mile to accommodate me e.g. courtesy car.
