Jules and the team worked tirelessly to get the car back into action, which they so kindly did, and much sooner than expected. Very good value for all the work and great expertise. Extremely grateful and would highly recommend.

After being totally disappointed with another local garage I stumbled across Jules and his crew. Polite, friendly and above all honest! Will recommend them to friends. Wonder why he has reviews and others do not!

The staff are always polite and helpful, they explain any problems with my vehicle, what needs to be done, they are reliable and the service has always been excellent. I would not consider going to any other garage.

When you've been using the same garage for over 25 years, moving to another one is always going to be a bit of a gamble. But a relocation of over 250 miles gave me no option. My neighbour recommended Bridport Car Repair Centre, having been a very satisfied customer for many years, and he was right to do so. Efficient, friendly annd knowledgeable staff, and while I'm always going to be staggered at how much car parts cost (largely out of the garage's hands, I imagine), I can't compain about the labour charges. I shall certainly be back (when needs be...).

This garage goes the extra mile they have bent over backwards to help many times when I have called by unannounced with a concern, they have been exceptionally busy with all ramps full. It was the end of the day when I heard a noise on my car, I was heading off on a long journey the next day, I just wanted to know if it was safe to drive. All the guys were busy yet still at 4.30 in the afternoon they made time to drive my car, listen to me and take a thorough look. Always polite, they smile and reassure. It was the brakes and best I not drive it. Instead the owner left everything to drive me to the local car hire before the closed. when they didn't have anything suitable the tried to help further with a car of theirs. I had only purchased my car last November with a full warranty from a Main dealer in Bath, who weren't so obliging yet still Bridport Autos took it all in their stride calmly and handled the other garage on my behalf! This garage is a gem! and an easy walk to town!

Always polite and helpful

I am so pleased to have found this garage. They fitted my car in urgently, were cheerful, friendly, polite and efficient and didn't make myself as a women feel daunted. They were happy to explain clearly and were very patient, when I didn't understand. They did their very best to keep the cost as low as possible. They gave me a super advice. I highly recommend. The friendliest, best mechanics I have come across in a very long time. I will definitely only use this garage from now on. I strongly trust them and this is so important, I know my car and therefor myself are in safe hands. A very big thank you to them all.

Excellent mechanics, friendly, helpful and always keen to get the work done quickly. Costs always seem reasonable as well. Highly recommended. They have also looked after my 20+ years old Toyota Landcruiser and it is still going strong

All the team are really friendly and helpful, they take time and care in explaining the work that needs to be done and the options available. The atmosphere at the garage is always relaxed, cheerful and welcoming. I have total confidence in their service, and know they will always do their best to help me in the shortest possible time.

I've been using the Bridport Car Repair Centre for the last two years since I needed a flat tyre sorting in an emergency. They were fantastic then and have been ever since. Friendly, reliable and great at problem-solving. It was a lucky find.

The guys at Bridport Repair Centre are always helpful, friendly, honest and accommodating. On this job, my tailgate struts had gone, so they told me to drive down and they'd do it. Two guys did it in a matter of minutes, it was quicker than a McDonald's drive through! It's always a worry when you take your vehicle to a garage, but I feel completely confident that the chaps here know what they're doing, and I know I won't get ripped off. Really decent and helpful, and always they go above and beyond. First Class.

We've used garages all over the country over the years before coming to Bridport but haven't come across a better pair to service our vehicles than Jules and Steve. They are great to discuss problems with; always giving good advice and carry out good repairs without unnecessary work. They have instilled the same qualities in their younger staff and my wife and I recommend the garage to anyone in this area. (aging VW Golf and even older Toyota Hi-Ace based campervan)

I've used this garage for a number of years the owners Jules and Steve have always given me fantastic service they go the extra mile to explain what they are doing and always try to ensure that the repair or services are done cost effectively. I would recommend them without question they are a great business and have a fantastic team of mechanics especially Phil, he's a top class mechanic he needs to start wearing his pants outside his overalls, he's a real superhero.
