Parts expensive because Genuine Audi, great workmanship and customer communication .

4 stars in 'general satisfaction' as to make an appointment I had to ring several times on the 28th March because there was only a recorded message each time. This is unusual for the garage, so maybe there had been problems that day that prevented the phone being answered.
