After service contact about issues arising confined to written MOT advisories. No advice as to remedial work arising or maintenance work still outstanding (eg brake fluid renewal). Gives sense that work at hand is being done but the car isn’t being looked after.

We waited 2wks for the slot. The repair was small but no allowance was made to do a small repair and they couldn’t have the car in for another 2wks. The member of staff was abrupt & unhelpful and clearly couldn’t care less that my car was un-usable for a whole month. Previous service was very good.
