Excellent service. Reliable. Fair pricing.
This garage provides a service that is not only cheaper than the local main dealer, but of a higher quality.
We have used this garage for years and have always had excellent service.
Always excellent friendly service.
Excellent service. Polite, punctual and professional.
Great service. Personal touch and very accommodating.
Having broken down across the road, I asked for help and despite them being extremely busy and short staffed, the garage came to my rescue. It was discovered I had a faulty fuel gauge and had run out of fuel. 3 men pushed me to the garage and Levi dropped me and my friend into Heanor with the loan of the garages fuel can to get petrol. This was in his dinner break. All the team were extremely kind to me and got me on my way.
Friendly and efficient service. I have complete confidence in Smalley Service Station.
Fantastic helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Helpful can do attitude. Would highly recommend to others. Family business and it shows.
Service checklist part of invoice.
From the onset, I was received at the garage with the utmost courtesy by John. I arranged for my Vauxhall to have a full service. My car was collected from my home, taken to the garage and fully serviced. It was then delivered back home after the service. I am delighted and feel full of confidence at a job so professionally done. Well done Smalley Garage.
Have used this garage for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
My wife and I will never go anywhere else for any work to our cars; they are excellent. My driver's side front caliper became seized on while driving home from work and I managed to get it to Smalley Service Station. John lent me a courtesy car at no cost and carried out the work the next day.
Excellent service. Confident about all work undertaken.
