Avoid. Bought a car that developed faults shortly after purchase. Months of ignored emails, unanswered calls and conflicting updates. I was constantly told to go elsewhere. Only after mentioning my legal rights did anything happen. Keep records and know your consumer rights.

Very poor aftercare once they have received payment for the vehicle they couldn't care less. They do not even respond to their own complaints procedure.

Apologies for the delay responding following last October's service, at the time we collected one of your cards and promptly mislaid it. No matter, the service we received was of the same high standard to which we had become accustomed to over the ten years we have dealt with them and was repeated last week when the family's second car was serviced. During those ten years Hilton Garage have never given us one single cause for complaint. Customer care from sales through to service and repairs has been and remains excellent. Quite an achievement considering the complexity of modern cars.
