From booking the service and MOT to completion, the service from all the staff, technicians and office staff is professional and courteous. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to explain anything I needed to know. You can happily leave your car with them with confidence.
Once again Dakar come up trumps where JLR main dealers fail. They found the reason for my service warning lights and fixed the problem. Tyler also did a great job of explaining what they found, including before and after photos. Can't recommend them enough

Once again, another repair carried out by the team at Dakar. From initial diagnosis to finished repair in under 6 hours, was expecting to be without the van for a few days. Pricing was really good, happy with the price, and the level of service was great as always from a friendly and helpful team.

Brilliant garage! From the reception team to the technicians. The technician called and spoke to me about the issues i was having with the car and explained what the likely causes were. Far better than any main dealer, where there seems to be a 'wall' between the customer and the service team.
