I asked the garage to repair and refit my broken sump guard on a car which is old and due to be replaced soon, so I really did not want to spend a fortune on it. I was enormously impressed that they showed me the problem, talked me through it and said that it really needed several large parts replacing at great cost but that they were happy to try and repair it as best they could to get me through the next few months. I feel that many other garages would have seen a woman and fobbed me off saying that there was no alternative but the expensive one. They also changed some lamp bulbs, the wiper blades and fixed the number plate back on. The car was on the ramps for about an hour and I was charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I have already told two friends how impressive I found this garage to be and I shall definitely be taking our families cars there for MOT, servicing and repairs in the future. A refreshing experience which has restored my faith in human nature.
