Beat this if you can. We were on our way to France on holiday. The car broke down on the M6 near Coventry. AA towed us to VRS who diagnosed the fault as an alternator. It cost us under £80.00 and we were back on our way in 40 minutes. Now that is what I call good service.

I am visiting my sister from Bristol, so just passing through. My timing chain was noisy after a service back home, and VRS quoted me £400 less than my local garage - doing the work straight away. I saw the feedback on the Good Garage site, and all was saying ''excellent service'' - I have to agree; they were fantastic.

Great service

My car has been off the road for 12 months. BMW quoted me just under £1,000 to fix it and £200 to check it. VRS did it for £66 all in, and I couldn't be happier.

In 2011 we were about to scrap this van as it was very unreliable and had done 146,003 miles. It is still going strong at 246,197 miles - I think that says it all.

I don't trust many people, or garages - but I do trust the people at VRS. I have been using them for 4 years now, and just give them my keys and tell them to do whatever is needed. They still call me for authorisation, even when I've said it's OK. I cannot speak highly enough of them - VRS is the best garage in the world.

Outstanding service is provided here. Our whole family come to this garage, and will not use anyone else ever.
