Good prompt service.

Friendly and helpful, they were willing to swap a boot lid with a cheap second-hand eBay replacement I brought with me. This was after my window was smashed by thieves and I didn't fancy paying out for a new window. Saved me £250. Price paid for labour was as quoted, no surprises on collection.

I rang 7 other garages to get a quote for a full service and timing belt replacement. VRS was the best quote, and the work was excellent.

Good service - phone answered instantly when I called to check progress. Honest feedback from the health check, fault discovered and fixed with good labour prices and MOT done in the same day - highly recommended.

Recently had headlight bulb fitted. Always helpful and friendly. Will say if work not required.

I have used VRS on approx. four occasions and been advised on two of those that work was not needed on advice of dealer. I find VRS very honest and straight forward and they will not carry out work that is not required.

Brake noise. VRS investigated - front pads worn out, new fitted. Collected car, not solved, found stone in rear wheel guard. Problem solved. Found old pads had plenty of pad left. Complained, man on desk very apologetic - rear pads fitted the next day for parts cost only. I will not be going back.

Would definitely recommend and use VRS again.

VRS never tried to sell me anything I don't need, neither do they push things that are more expensive than you need e.g. tyres. I will never go anywhere else.
