Steve and the other staff are always very helpful. Several times they have fixed my car, prior to a fault developing before a long journey, at short notice. They are always willing to help sort out any problems, and you never pay until it is completely sorted - if it's an ongoing problem. Once I even ran out of petrol just outside of the garage, and they went out and got me some petrol - and wouldn't accept any payment for it!
