Visiting family in Cardiff, car went wrong on the way home and RAC took us to this garage who opened up for us. Kept car secure. Fixed by 12 the next day and we were able to return to Stoke-on-Trent. Very helpful. Thank you so much.
I've never been offered tea or coffee before now. I'd much rather prefer to pay a small family business than some large business. Excellent, thanks.
Thank you

Excellent, friendly, informative, reasonable cost for repairs etc.

Excellent service.
First class professional and polite service with prices to match. A credit to the trade, I have every confidence in this garage and staff.
Great service - helpful with son.
The gentlemen at the garage didn't make me feel like a total idiot nor did they treat me as an 'inferior female' (as I'm afraid to say a number of garages in the local area have done).
Always good customer service.
Used this garage for years, always very good service.
Best garage that I've ever delt with.
Fantastic prompt service.
Its nice to see there are honest and trustworthy mechanics still out there. Many thanks.
Best precise garage I have ever been to.
The most professional of garages - nothing was a problem and the solution was made incredibly easily and without any stress. Wonderful service all round and courtesy drop off was fantastic.
