Corroded wheel nut KwikFit unable to remove so referred me to Stars. Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Fair price with no ‘games’ or taking advantage.
I've used stars before (for the last 10+ years) George and his team are always polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and always available to help customers out. As always 10/10
Did not advise before service that two warning lights, Emissions/Inspection would then come on. They said afterwards they could not resolve and I needed to go to main dealer! Had I known this would have had it serviced there as similar price. I now have to pay Mercedes to sort. No help offered.
Staff as always very friendly. very quick service. helpful, good communication about the work.
I know I can trust the receptionists and mechanics, after many bad experiences with garages this is such a relief. They are friendly, explain things using words and terminology that I can understand and know any further work required is genuine.
Excellent garage extremely pleased with standard of work.
Fantastic experience with Stars Garage. The woman on reception was so lovely and ensured us that a mechanic could see us as soon as possible (within 15 minutes of making a call!) The mechanic was polite and efficient. Overall, superb customer service, quality of work and would highly recommend!
Great service end to end. Thanks Stars Garage!
This is the second time I have used the garage both times in an emergency. Despite large workload they fitted me in, talked through what was needed and costs before completing the job to an excellent standard.
Have used for many years, faultless service and recommend.
Every time I visit I always receive the most honest, friendly and swift service. Thank you!
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Amazing service I have used STARS for over 10 years. Polite and friendly people, George has a good team under him. 10/10
This garage is a family run business and I have always found them to be exceptionally helpful and very competitive and know I'll always be given a 'true' picture of repairs that are needed. The ladies in the reception area are also very friendly and do as much as they can to accommodate requests.
Great staff and wonderful job. It would be great if you send reminders
Always very welcoming and professional. The work is carried out during the allotted time, very thorough with sterilizing keys, service areas and also parts of the car.
Always good customer care.
