Vehicle report stated: 'Vehicle very very dirty and boot full'. I do not need a mechanic to tell me that. Your reception's dirty, your courtesy car was on empty and had half-eaten sweets and wrappers in the footwell. Get a grip and write a report relevant to the vehicle.
