I was held up in traffic and was 1/2 hour late. Once I rang to explain the lady was very good an moved my slot. It was a exceptionally difficult day on the M4. Used through Groupon but would use garage again.

Very honest and reliable service. Highly recommended.
Excellent service as always.
Polite helpful staff - 10/10 service all the time. 100% happy with everyone. Best garage in Cardiff!!
Staff were courteous and helpful.
From the time we arrived at the garage, we were made to feel welcome by the staff and were given an estimated time for repairs. When we phoned the next day, we were given a estimate price for repairs and a time for completion - which was spot on.
Always excellent service.
Excellent service.
Can't fault this garage.
Used this garage before as the owner is a family friend. Good service, helpful and friendly atmosphere and services.
Excellent customer service. Very friendly staff who offered me a cuppa. Thanks.
I always use Stars Garage. I trust them.
Always friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else.
Very good service. I was bought by the AA, and I am glad to have found a good local garage.
I was disappointed that they refused to honour a £15 credit note they issued to me in 2012. They argued that they only accept them "between 6 and 12 months" even though there was no expiry date on it.
Excellent customer service. The mechanic patiently explained everything clearly so that I could make an informed decision about my repair.
Very pleased with staff and service given.
