Ordered shock absorber for my car from previous MOT advisory. After checking, it was not needed and not fitted. How about that for honesty!?!

Needed headlight bulb replacing and couldn't manage it myself as the air filter had to come out (stupid design!). Very quick and efficient service from staff. Saved me hours of faffing about for what was a five minute job. Very pleased.
