ST Andrews Road Garage Ltd

As a single woman, I trust these mechanics completely. Have gone out of their way to help.

Car broke down; rang garage in a bit of a panic. Put us in touch with a tow truck that arrived within the hour. Customer service was spot on; kept me informed at all times. New clutch fitted at a competitive price when compared to other garages. Work completed quickly, would highly recommend.

My husband and I were visiting my mother and we had no time to get our MOT done before coming from Scotland. We rang the garage and were very obliging. We turned up a day early and dropped the keys off and the garage used the extra time to check what was needed for the MOT. They were very efficient and helpful and will definitely use when here again.

I trust the staff completely to advise what work is necessary and unnecessary. I have always been completely satisfied.

Puncture mended promptly at no cost as close neighbour and regular customer.

I had been to another garage first as my car had an oil leak and I needed it fixed quickly. The garage I found via the internet quoted me £800-£1000 for the job. A friend at work recommended St Andrews, who were really helpful, confirmed the problem but quoted half the price. Honest.

They went to some trouble to do a tricky bodywork repair.

Great service. MOT was completed very quickly. Very friendly and honest. Thank you.

Great service, friendly and professional.

Friendly and helpful. Quick and efficient service.

Impressed. Left car at 7.45am and knew outcome before 9.30am. Very friendly and easy to deal with. Didn't feel embarrassed by lack of car knowledge or overwhelmed with technical stuff. Will definitely continue to use.

Fantastic service. Will and do recommend to all friends.

This garage offered an excellent service. I made an enquiry one afternoon and had my car booked in for servicing the next day. I was able to drop my car in early before work and was given a call before lunchtime when servicing was complete. Helpful and friendly staff... would highly recommend.

Excellent garage. Work completed efficiently by helpful staff. Set prices so you know what you're paying for. Any extra work costed before done. Great job, thanks!

Excellent, reliable and honest service. We would go nowhere else.

Always receive excellent service and truthful explanation of what's needed. Totally confident in the work done, and will recommend this garage with complete confidence.

Fantastic service. Very pleased. Will recommend to all.

Marvellous. Didn't mind about me being later than I said. Very accommodating when I needed car back early, offering me a car if necessary. Acquired parts quickly and repaired within hours for MoT. Thank you!

Excellent service and personal advice. Also, fast and efficient.

We used to use this garage when we lived in Cambridge and we continued once we moved to Felixstowe. Its 65 miles away, but when you find a garage you like and trust it's worth the drive. I was a single female when I started using the garage in 2012 and it made all the difference.
