Fast, efficient service!
Staff displayed a genuine interest in customer/vehicle. At end of task showed worn/broken parts to customers. Extremely helpful.
I have used this garage a few times now (after other people recommended), I have always found them to be extremely helpful, polite and most of all I don't feel like I'm being ripped off, important as I hate paying garage bills! My car needs to go back for further work, but I trust them to do a good job and some of my bills have come in cheaper than they first quoted because it didn't take them as long as they first thought or they found a cheaper part. Definitely recommend these guys.
Came to my aid and effected a repair which enabled me to return to Liverpool as planned without staying in Carlisle or abandoning vehicle and having to travel back by train.
Staff were welcoming, polite and attentive. Took time to explain work carried out. Showed me old parts that had been replaced and even washed my car. Highly recommended. Will use again. Cheers very much.
