I really like the garage I use the staff are really friendly and they take the time if I have any questions, they talk about cars in plain English. The lady on the reception is always happy and smiling.
Garage were extremely helpful and fitted me in whereas local garages in villages could not accommodate. Lovely friendly service
Great staff and brilliant, local, garage.
A outstanding bunch of lads always happy to help and reasonable price
Best in Carlisle !
I was visiting the area after a 400 mile drive. Troy at the garage helped resolve the dash warning message about tyre pressure. Very helpful, efficient and a really friendly manner. Would highly recommend them
Always great service.
The most trustworthy and reliable garage. The staff really care about their work and their clients and have always given me sound advice. My bills have always been extremely reasonable for any work I have had done. I happily recommend Mark, Dave and the team to anyone.
This is the best garage Carlisle has. The boys and Fiona are all extremely friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing is a problem.
Going in cold on a Thursday morning and asking if they could sort my dead Landie and it being sorted out and back on the road after a biggie repair to the transmission by three o'clock ish the next day at a remarkable price is good. Can’t praise the friendliness and openness too much. Will use again.
Garage had plenty of parking and very handy for central Carlisle. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable, polite and friendly; nothing was too much trouble. All parts were available for inspection. Vehicle was ready in plenty of time and with prompt contact. Absolutely recommended - we'd come again.
I was worried about my brakes and had a long journey to make in a couple of days. Mark said he would take a look to see what the problem was. He actually managed to get the work completed that day which was a huge relief to me! Will definitely recommend. First class service.
The garage staff are brilliant. Always helpful, always fix a problem and always do their best to help. Work always carried out and never feels like you have been overcharged. They only do work that is required; would rate this garage as the best.
Fantastic service and friendly staff, Dave and the boys were amazing, got the window regulator for my thirty year old car sorted and went above and beyond to get it fitted in! Absolutely amazing, great work and a very happy customer, would definitely recommend and use again.
Fantastic service as always.
Amazing service. Bent over backwards to get repair done before the end of the day - the car only became broken at 2.30 pm and they managed it! Thank you.
Good, reliable and honest service. Would highly recommend.
Good, reliable service and competitively priced. Would recommend.
Fitted me in at extremely short notice to put new brake pads on. As a driving instructor this saved me losing the rest of the day's lessons! Work was completed superfast and staff were all lovely, friendly and very helpful. Will be back when service is due as will my family. Huge thank you guys!
