My car broke down on a bank holiday weekend - so I left outside their garage with details then it was fixed and delivered back by 10am on Tuesday - such amazing service.
This is my second visit to The Laurels and will be my garage of choice (as priority) for the future. They are friendly, honest and very well priced. I would travel the length of the country to use this garage if I had to! Best garage I’ve ever been to! Thank you :)
What more could you ask of your local garage? They are friendly, intelligent, honest, skilled, thorough and fast. The icing on the cake is that they have been available to fix our car straightaway each time we have really needed them. Thanks a million to everyone at The Laurels.

These guys are totally honest. The rear wiper on my ancient estate seized so I was expecting a fairly hefty bill. To my amazement it only needed to be freed and is good as new. Many other garages would have freed it and charged for a new unit. Truly super service.
I received a call that our car was ready and on the way to the garage I saw it parked outside a local shop on double yellow lines. At the garage I was told the mechanic used our car to get sandwiches.
Fantastic service and fixed where Ford Dealer could not.... work completed very promptly and in a very knowledgeable manner at a reasonable price.
