Friendly staff that told you what was being done and was very well priced.
I have used the garage for over fifteen years and when the previous owner sold up I stayed with Robert and Randy and have been with them ever since. No job is ever too small and have always been efficient and speedy in what they have done to assist me with my car problems.
Really good, polite service and cheap!!
I have used this garage off and on for some years now and always come back to the level of service given.
The staff provided a standard of work well above the expected levels and at a very reasonable cost. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone. Well done.
Excellent same day response to a big problem, very nice and easy people to deal with.
I've used this garage for many years and cannot fault them. Always very helpful. Service is great.
Good to find a garage willing to do thisa work on Saturday morning.
I can not fault the staff they are friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
Top marks for everything would recommend any time
Wonderful, the best.
Very patient, courteous, cheerful, helpful service. Price is competitive, which is a consideration, but efficiency and courtesy much more.
They are helpful and will see you the same day if an emergency arises.
Amazing work, very useful and knew what there doing.
Rob and Randy are always very polite and helpful and honest, I've used this garage a few times now and would recommend Birch Mews Autos to anyone. I always used to have my car serviced at the Main Ford Dealer, not anymore, Standard and quality of workmanship is equal, cost is a fraction.
Boys were a great help.
Great help and always got a smile in all weathers.
Randy was so helpful to my son, he changed his lock on my Citroen as broke key in it.
Always helpful and full off advice.
