Changed the pipework on the air conditioning, re-gassed and replaced the blower, kept in contact with me. Now I can keep my clients cool as the vehicle is a taxi. Highly recommended garage.

I have used EMS for three years to replace expensive and often unnecessary work done by main dealer. The best choice, I have ever made! I now know all the staff by their first name. All of them can't do enough for you. Everything is explained in layman's terms, prices are very reasonable and the staff are always happy to see you. This is undoubtedly the best garage I have ever used in 30 years of motoring service from a bygone era, with a smile!

I have been using EMS for several years now for repairs on my last 4 cars and I would recommend them thoroughly to anyone. They are honest and reliable and they always explain exactly what the problem is and what course of action they will take to fix it. As a woman who likes to be given all the details, it is refreshing to have a garage that talks to me on a level. Better value than at the main dealer's and in my opinion, they are also more knowledgeable than the main dealer.

I had a car serviced by EMS in the past. I then bought a new Renault and had it serviced by the the main dealer to preserve the warranty. When I heard I could have it serviced by EMS with no problems with the warranty, I was very happy to switch back to EMS. They repaired a problem with the rear windscreen wiper with no difficulty, which had defeated the main dealer! Excellent service.
