They fixed an issue that another garage failed to do twice. The level of service was left at the mechanic's discretion, which was determined and I was charged for a minor service only.
My vehicle developed a fault. I thought it was an ignition problem, so I limped back to the garage and explained the symptoms to Ian. He said to leave the car and he would try to sort it out. He had a full days work on and other cars booked in, but in the late afternoon he called me to advise that he had fixed the fault. It was a faulty set of leads and a distributor cap/rotor arm. The staff are always polite, the workshop is tidy and it is a pleasure to use their services. I shall continue to go there.
