Awesome job as usual, very pleased,
Excellent service and customer attitude. Also willing to go that little bit further.
Clearly a garage I can feel confident in. A place I can trust. A garage I shall use for further servicing/repair. My car is in safe hands when it is at Steve's Autos.
Great service, very friendly staff and helpful. Quick turn around and a good price. Will use again.
This is the first time that I have used Steve's Auto Lancing Ltd and I am delighted with every aspect. I will recommend to friends.
I’d used another family garage who sold to a chain & lost sight of the customer. Steve's was recommended as a family firm, staff were friendly, confirmation given to contact for authorisation for work which duly happened for a small piece of work. Full breakdown of work completed & costs provided.
Service from the start to end has been fantastic. They have kept me informed all the way through, even sending me photo's of the work in progress. Highly recommend.
Outstanding!!!! Used them twice now and always under promise and over deliver which in my opinion is the best any company can offer!!! Price was more than fair and they kept me informed on everything that needed doing , can’t speak highly enough for these guys ! Thanks again
First time I have used this garage. Very friendly and attentive staff throughout. Thorough in explaining need to do work required and performing it. Enthusiastic and customer friendly family business.
Brilliant friendly service as ever. You can trust they'll always do a great job.
I did'nt know what amount of work would be needed to get my A/C working again, but i was assured I would be contacted as work was needed and thankfully an later my car was done.
Very helpful and honest staff.
Fantastic service, extremely friendly staff. Stu goes out of his way to help you. Great fella.
Good local garage and always go the extra mile.
As always Steve and crew have done us proud. From 1st call to them, through to diagnosis and repairing at reasonable cost. Collected vehicle and returning it as we continue to self isolate. Polite, prompt and friendly.
Excellent service. Very pleased. Will definitely use again.
