Being new to Ferring I asked around and everyone was recommending GEM. I tried it out when MOT was due and liked the friendly welcome and good service. Very reliable garage and pleased with 1st service and will use again instead of Ford dealership I usually use.

Excellent service. Unbelievably quick service. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Excellent service as usual.
Excellent local garage with personal service and none of my service charges spent on lavish reception or showroom. Obviously spent on good labour costs that ensure good reliable work/mechanics.
Had good experience, staff most helpful.
Fast booking in, polite and informative staff, quick turn around, satisfactory repair. Thanks

A good local garage with helpful staff who provide an excellent service at reasonable rates. Will continue to use.
We have total trust in this garage. As the weather was bad they dropped it back.
Absolutely delighted, as usual. I have never been disappointed with Suri and his team, plus they always provide a service that goes beyond what is expected. I would recommend without hesitation.
Very good, very helpful.
Wanted the MOT first thing, they managed to fit it in on time.
First class garage.
Very happy with this garage, won't go anywhere else.
