I have used the same garage for over thirty years until the owner retired due to bad health. Having a distrust of garages i was not looking forward to using a different one. When i saw GEM had a good garage scheme sign, i thought i would take a chance. I did not regret this as the staff are fantastic, friendly and i was quoted the same price for rear brakes that my previous garage quoted. Overjoyed.

Excellent customer service! Called on the off chance - explained problem - solution. Repair made whilst I waited. Receptionist even made a cup of tea whilst I waited!

As usual, all staff are welcoming and helpful. The work was carried out efficiently and promptly. Work was an Interim Service and MOT. My usual use of a courtesy car is always appreciated. We have used this garage for the last five years for services and MOTs and will continue to do so.
