I have used Gem Garage for a number of years now & service has always been of a high standard.
First class service. Came to collect car. Checked what the fault was. Called me to let me know. Did the work and then dropped it back to me and paid over the phone. Absolutely amazing service. Will always use them now.
On the day service for a puncture - sorted within 2 hours.

My Mini Countryman had a major service plus MOT I have used this local garage before when I had Ford cars but bought the Mini Countryman from new and had it serviced for 3 years with the Main Dealer.I felt more like a number than a customer so once out of warranty have returned
Details of all work carried out and spares supplied were fully itemised and neatly laid out on a type-written sheet, making it easy for me to see where my money had gone :-)
