I was very impressed with the whole experience. I filled in a form online, was contacted the day later, was booked in on the day I asked. They had my car for about 1 1/2 hours and it had passed it's MOT (with a brake light fixed). Exactly what you want from a garage.

When I took the car for its MOT, there was nothing wrong with suspension but after MOT it had a serious coil spring problem which was probably caused by incorrect jacking.
Nice to be able to speak with a mechanic who explained what he was doing and way it wad being done. A pleasure to deal with.
