Good service.
Outstanding level of service, courtesy and professionalism superb.
As ever Nigel Langs Garage has surpassed expectations. I have been using the garage now for 9 years, and I receive increasingly better service with each visit. The customer service is second to none, the mechanic (Warren) who booked the appointment remembered who I was (my name) and the make and model of my car!! He give me an appointment the very next day, and nothing was too much trouble. When repairs need to be made, outside the already agreed jobs, a telephone call is made to inform you of the break down of what needs doing, the cost and estimated time of completion. They will also inform and advise you of jobs that are not currently essential (as part of service/required to pass MOT), but may require attention in the near future. The garage was recommended to my father by a work colleague and he subsequently passed on this 'golden nugget' of a find to me. I have recommended this place to many people and will continue to do with the current level of customer service, professionalism and quality of work. 5* worthy of his fine reputation.
Always good to deal with. Have been a customer for 5 years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
