I'd just like to thank you for the work you did on my car recently. I was expecting your usual service, which is great - all the frills, with none of the fuss. When a hit and run driver banged my car while your mechanic was road testing it you could have kept quiet. It's an old car and I probably wouldn't have even noticed the small bump on the wheel arch. But that obviously isn't your style. The way you handled the situation was exemplary. I don't measure the service I receive by the way a company handles itself when all is well, but how they handle things on those rare occasions that something goes wrong. After this experience, let me tell you, if I'm going to be stuck in a hole, I'd rather be stuck in it with Nigel Lang's Garage! I would not hesitate to recommend your services to others, and wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else.

I have been a regular customer of this garage for over 5 years. Nigel and his team are always helpful, work is done quickly, at a reasonable price and to a high standard. I have never had cause to go back and complain about a job.
