Fantastic service, reliable, polite and trustworthy.

Great service and on time, with no added cost.

Very good service tea and biscuits while I was waiting. Thanks

Nice to have the car washed after the MOT and work carried out.

Just superb. Quick response and owner was keen to discuss our car and maintenance needs.

Staff are very easy to deal with. The work is carried out with an eye for detail. Kevin Owen has a very good reputation. Excellent value for money.

Staff are so kind and great help when I took my car in for service - and unforgettable memory to have free range eggs as a present. Thank you!

Professional outfit with fantastic service - highly recommended. My car has never driven so well. A+

Very accommodating in arranging appointments.

Superb and trustworthy.

Superb service unable to fault. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent garage in every respect. Best I have come across in 55 years of motoring. A real find.

First time I have used this garage and definitely not the last time. They are really nice, honest people, they advised on work that was not required now, where I feel (from previous experience) many other garages would have said the work needed to be done to pass the MOT. Also, did a small repair on my mud flap at the same time and made no charge for it, okay, it was only a case of putting in three screws, but other garages may well have charged. I was really happy with the service given and would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family, I will taking my wife's car there in August for an MOT. This is a garage that I believe builds good honest relationships with its customers that will make them want to come back. Well done and thank you to all the staff at Brook Road Garage, first class!!!!

As always, reliable, trustworthy, thorough, helpful and good value. Highly recommended.

Very pleasant people - would highly recommend.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great price.

Thank you.

Excellent service, friendly, reliable and most importantly - honest. I thought I needed cambelt service. Kevin checked and said I didn't (he could easily have made me take £500+ of unnecessary work - I wouldn't have known otherwise). Recommend to me by a work colleague who has used him for years. I now also recommend him to others. He will also always offer a lift or a loan car if needed. Further his yearly service plan is excellent value for money.
