Columbia Motors

Always excellent and most courteous service. A garage that we can trust.

Always reliable, friendly service.

I have used this garage through 3 owners over 20 years and have never felt I have been ripped off.

All staff very helpful and friendly. Always satisfied with the standard of work.

A great garage. They keep you informed and are so helpful.

Nothing is too much trouble for owner and staff.

This garage was recommended to me 4 years ago and I have never been anywhere else since. Excellent all round.

I am really pleased with everything and I will be recommending this garage to others.

I would recommend Columbia Motors to anyone. I am disabled and I get excellent service from all who work there.

Had booked in for Silver service, but because years mileage was very low was advised only needed a Bronze service. Very commendable and honorable to advise this. Had this been a dealership they would not have been so honest in fact they would have been the opposite in my opinion. Do not think I could find a better garage.More than excellent service.

Very frienldy service - not pushy or intimidating. I would definitely use this garage again.

Very pleasant staff to deal with. Moved from local dealership when I lost trust in what they said.

Good prompt service, repair, helpful attitude and would use again.

Excellent service. They collect and deliver the vehicle. Very swift and good value.

Good service and always kept me informed of what needed doing before starting work.

Chris and his staff are always very helpful; they will communicate with you regarding any queries, work that needs to be done, etc. I have just had an MOT and Service done on a 16-year old car, which needed some minor work required to get through the MOT. Columbia Motors is an excellent garage and I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to use them.

I have always received excellent service from this garage. They are polite and helpful in respect of any queries. Staff are always polite, respectful and helpful.

The staff here are all approachable and friendly. The work they do is always spot on and the repair is always fully explained. I have recommended them before.

As always very efficient and because I am a woman on my own, I trust them not to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I have used them for years.

Used this garage on several occasions. Very helpful. Very honest. Nothing to complain about. Nice to use a small garage that is all about the customers and not ripping people off.
