Phil and his boys did a superb job as always. He advises what, if anything, should be replaced and why - and then leaves the decision to you. Once you have made your decision, the job just gets done with no fuss (he even shows you the old parts so that you know that has has actually changed them!). Everything you want from a mechanic. Fantastic!

I had a major service and MOT - Phil and his lads are, as always, truly fantastic. They keep you informed about what needs to be done and why, in terms that you will understand. They always carry out work to an extremely high standard and are friendly and helpful also. Your worn/failing parts are shown to you when you collect your car so you can see for yourself exactly why the part has been replace - something a good garage should do! Really you could not ask for more, as many have said, you get what you expect from a top mechanic.

Excellent information received on the repairs needed before the work was undertaken. They kept me up to date throughout. The parts that were removed, were kept and shown to us after the work had been carried out, so that we could understand in more detail what had been done to our car. The staff are always polite and courteous, and are never too busy to give advice when required. Overall, an excellent local garage with old fashioned principles and values. Top class service!
