Excellent as always.
Always very helpful.
They never fail to give us customer satisfaction and prompt service.
I was accommodated at short notice when I realized that my car's MOT was about to expire.
Excellent service and appreciated use of courtesy car.
My dealings with this garage were of the highest standard. I had an exhaust management fault warning light come on, which required early attention and was on my way to the Lake District. My brother-in-law kindly recommended this garage and the owner was extremely accommodating. He quickly diagnosed the problem and accurately estimated the cost of repair. This is a complete contrast to the main dealer in Redditch, who asked about 30 mainly irrelevant questions before telling me that the diagnosis would be £49 before I even started. This business deserves to thrive as it is based on personal and excellent customer service. Something that is becoming very rare. Thank you, from a very happy customer. I only wish, I lived in the area, so I could use you regularly!
Wonderful customer service, almost worth the 200 mile round trip from home!
I have been very satisfied with all aspects of service to my family's vehicles - Mazda MX5 and VW Transporter camper van.
Fantastic with my VW and Audi.
They are always helpful. They fitted me in for a big repair job on the same day.
Excellent as always.
Excellent all round.
We have always had great service from this garage - good prices and extremely good helpfulness.
This was the first time, but it will not be the last time. It has taken me a long time to find a garage like this and the people that run it!
Could have updated during the day, however it was a very busy garage. Good work that sorted the problem.
I have always had a good service here.
Repeat service customer, all visits here have been excellent, no matter how big or small the job. The service given is excellent.
