Overall, very helpful and friendly staff. Being a VW/Audi specialists, I wanted a long life service doing on my Audi TT and I wanted to actually achieve the satisfaction of getting feedback from the mechanics as well as the boss on a one to one basis which is what I got. I found the service at Audi dealerships even on minor tasks, absolutely awful to the point where you are 'ripped off' and 'cut off' from what the mechanics do in the garage.David Lees and his team were full of good advice and they were cheaper and much better value for money than the Audi dealership.Just goes to show how much gratitude one can gain from a 'local' garage. Will definitely return in the future.
