The staff were so lovely and really helpful.
This was my first time usung Rubery garage, took down previous paperwork and was impressed with thoroughness it was studied
Always been extremely helpful
Incredible service. Highly recommend. They are polite and respectful, taking the time to explain and go through things with me. As a single woman visiting garages it can be intimidating, however the communication and service they provided from the start was the outstanding.
The garage tried to accommodate the day I could bring my car in for its major service. The price was reasonable as well. The person behind desk apologised to keep when a customer said a rude joke.
Excellent service as always
Very Professional easy to take to

Would never go anywhere else. Trustworthy and reliable.
Fantastic service, great staff, really friendly. Definitely recommend
As always, very welcoming and explain everything. What they expect to find and always ring me before doing anything extra they need to do. Always chat when I collect my car to tell me everything.

Most helpful, efficient & great communication. Highley recommended,
I’ve used Rubery garage for about 7 years up until last year when I part exed my car at a main dealership but comparing the dealership with Rubery garage it was like chalk and cheese, customer service is brilliant at Rubery garage at the dealership you’re just a number.
Great garage, friendly staff good value. Fab.
